**Customer is responsible for processing costs** Processing costs vary depending on cuts, but typically run around $800-$1,000 for a whole beef. $400-$500 for a half. You will be able to choose your cuts. We will call the processor with you and work with you to choose your cuts.

The hanging weight will be between 850-950 pounds. You will take home approximately 500-600 pounds of meat for a whole beef. Take-home will be 250-300 pounds for a half.
